1. The service
Nextly is an independently operated personal AI assistant for capturing and organising tasks, retaining useful context and working with optional connected services. The current release is a pilot and access may be limited by invitation. Features may change as the product develops. Contact the operator at support@nextly.club.
2. Your account and instructions
Use an account you control and protect access to it. You must be an adult and have the right to provide the content and instructions you submit. Keep your connected accounts, selected calendar and time zone accurate. Do not access another person’s workspace without permission, impersonate someone, send unlawful content, abuse the service or attempt to bypass access controls.
3. AI results and external actions
AI can misunderstand a request or produce inaccurate information. Review important dates, recipients, messages and decisions. Nextly is not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice.
A receipt saying that a request was saved means the input was retained, not that an external action succeeded. Calendar changes and other connected actions may remain pending or fail. Use the final result and connected service to check important outcomes. Sending a message, inviting someone or other external actions require the permission or confirmation applicable to that feature.
4. Connected services and sharing
Google Calendar, Gmail, Telegram, Apple and other third-party services have their own terms and availability. You decide which available connections to enable and can revoke them. Authorised changes, such as events already added to Google Calendar, are not automatically reversed when you disconnect.
Only share tasks or content with people who should receive them. Other people can retain content you have intentionally shared. Connecting to a person does not automatically share all your tasks or conversations.
5. Content and privacy
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You permit Nextly and its service providers to process that content as needed to deliver your requested features, store your workspace and operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership of your content to Nextly.
6. Availability and leaving the pilot
The pilot may have usage limits, interruptions or unavailable features. Do not rely on it as the sole record of critical information or for emergency assistance. You can stop using Nextly, disconnect services and request account deletion by contacting support@nextly.club. Access may be restricted to address abuse, security risks or legal requirements.
Any future paid offering will present its pricing and applicable conditions before you choose it. These terms do not waive rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or an appropriate account channel. For questions, privacy requests or a problem with your account, email support@nextly.club.
